仙川『パティスリー シャトン』
京王線に乗り、仙川に行ってきました。
静かな住宅地を想像していたのですが、駅前はとってもおしゃれでした。
また、近くに音楽大があるので楽器や楽譜を持った学生さんをたくさん見かけます。
音大に続く商店街を進むと、今回ご紹介する「シャトン」があります。
ビル二階にあるお店なので看板をお見逃しなく！
小ぢんまりとしたかわいらしいお店で、
「シャトン（フランス語で子猫）」と言う名前がぴったりでした。
また名前のとおり店内はネコグッズでいっぱい！
窓際にちょこっと置かれていたりして、猫好きにはたまらないお店です。
定番の人気ケーキを3品いただきました。
１品目『ミルフィーユ』340円
サクサクのパイの中は、とろとろのカスタード♪
このパイでカスタードをすくって食べます。パイの素朴な味がカスタードを引き立てています。
ん～おいしい…んっ？？カスタードの中から大粒のイチゴが！！
思いがけない宝物を発見したような気分でした。
2品目『ショコラ アニス』320円
しっとりとしたチョコクリームとふわふわのチョコスポンジが層になった ケーキです。一口食べると、口に広がる芳醇なオレンジの香り…。リキュール を使っているのかなと思って、オーナーシェフの六名泰子さんにお聞きした ところ、オレンジとスターアニス（八角）を漬けたシロップを使っていて、 お酒は全く使っていないとのこと。お酒が苦手な人でも安心ですよ。
3品目『フロマージュ』300円
濃厚なクリームチーズケーキです。チーズそのものの香りや味をたっぷり
楽しめます。甘さは控えめで、チーズとタルト生地との相性も抜群！パクパク
食べてしまいました。
