駒込『トロンコーニ』

１品目『シブーストメランジュ』420円

なかに入っているたっぷりのベリー達に惹かれて選びました。一番上は砂糖を焦がしてパリパリにしたキャラメリーゼ。その下は甘～いカスタード。そして甘酸っぱいベリー。一番下はさくさくのタルト。いろんな食感が楽しめるケーキです。もちろん美味しい！カスタードの甘さとフルーツの酸味のバランスが絶妙です。

2品目は『なかざと』210円

このお店を紹介してくれた友人が「トロンコーニにいったら絶対食べて」と大絶賛していました。お店でも定番商品とのこと。シュー生地はサクサクで、カスタードは甘すぎずとっても上品。おいしい♪何個でも食べられそうです。

3品目は『レアチーズケーキ』315円

こんなかわいらしいチーズケーキを見たことありますか？食べるのが勿体ない！なんて思いながらパクパク…。レアチーズって濃厚なイメージがあったのですが、さっぱりとした味わいにびっくり。サワークリームのさわやかな酸味が口の中に広がります。牛乳や卵を加えて、日本人の味覚に合うなめらかな口当たりに仕上げているそうです。

シェフの岸上清貴さんにもお話を伺うことができました

今は夏のフルーツを使った色とりどりのケーキがたくさんありますが、これからは秋の実りのマロンやかぼちゃを使ったケーキがショーケースを飾るそうです。「夏のケーキはシャンソン、秋のケーキはクラシック」というシェフの言葉が印象的でした。秋のケーキも是非レポートしたいと思います。
